Wraiths, Hunters and protectors, book one
"They hunt at night, the wraiths. Stay in the village if you want to survive."
When eighteen-year-old troll Sol'makar runs away from his village, the consequences are unexpected. Hunted by the wraiths, he is rescued by hunter Meloviana, an elf haunted by the death of her daughter. Happy to be needed, she swears to protect the boy.
The strange trolls ruling Sol'makar's village finds him, starting a fight for freedom and not just for Sol'makar.
What are the wraiths, and what is their relationship to the ruler of the village?
Wraiths takes place in the world of Alurayya, where magic is common and the gods are ever-present. A violent tale of revenge, love, and the importance of hope in difficult situations.
This is the first part of a series of stand-alone adventures following the troll Sol'makar and the elf Meloviana. Wraiths has short chapters, fast pace, and is aimed at adults.
Wraiths and the sequel Nightsong can be found here.

Morttagg the Damned, The serpent charmer
Morttagg is a monster, albeit with an unfortunately boring appearance, something that always made him an outsider among his peers.
After moving into a cute little castle, far from his homeland (and his narcissistic mother) he must handle stupid henchmen with a penchant for furniture polish, the annoying adventurers that keep breaking in, and the safety representative’s odd ideas.
If that wasn’t enough his mother shows up and tries to pair him up with a serpent woman. A preposterous idea, of course.
When a nearby village get a visit from two fiery beasts, Morttagg is their only hope. Will he help them? He is a monster after all, isn’t he?
Morttagg the Damned can be found here.
"4/5 -Really fun read. The characters are charming and well written. I laughed out loud several times. Can't wait for book 2.
